Artificial intelligence is changing the way apps are created. Thanks to modern tools like Airtable, Notion, Loom, Miro, Zapier, and Glide, even someone without a lot of technical background can create their own app.

This hands-on workshop will guide you step by step through the entire process → from idea, to design, to prototype or fully functional app. Without complex coding, but with the help of artificial intelligence.

  • How AI will help define the app’s goal, user and functionality

  • Designing structure and logic using natural language

3. Prototyping with AI

  • Using AI to generate wireframes, UI designs and database logic

  • Working with Glide, Airtable, Zapier, Loom and Notion

  • How to “prompt” AI to design UX or navigation for you

4. No-code tools and their connection with AI

  • Airtable: creating a simple business app through prompting

  • Glide: database application from Google Sheet/Excel

  • Automation via Zapier: connecting tools without coding

5. Practical creation of your own “mini” app

  • Each participant will prepare their own design and simple app (depending on their focus) in a team or on their own

  • Idea consultation and help with prompts and solution design

6. Limitations, security and responsible use

  • When AI development is not enough – when to call a developer

  • Data security, GDPR and working with APIs

  • How to test AI-generated solutions responsibly
