The course Digital office (in the cloud) is intended for beginners who are interested in digitizing common office processes in order to use commonly available cloud applications. The course is suitable for a wide range of participants, including students, employees, entrepreneurs, managers and others who have the interest and time to make their work more efficient using freely available tools.

The course is suitable for:

  • Beginners who do not have experience in using online tools for team collaboration

  • Employees who collaborate with colleagues who are often not in the same office, city, or even country

  • Entrepreneurs who want to use online tools to make their company work more efficiently

  • Students who are interested in using online tools for their studies

  • People from various fields, for example marketing, business, project management, programming, but also for those interested in online applications designed to support mutual cooperation

No specific professional training is required to participate in the course, but participants should have basic knowledge of working with computers and the Internet.

During the course, we will work with the following applications: Slack, Airtable, ToDoist, Moqups, Google Docs, Google Sheets, ChatGPT.

Course content:

  • Introduction to the course, familiarization with cloud solutions and presentation of selected applications

  • Slack: the basics, working with channels and messages, using communication threads, message types, channel types, notifications and integration options

  • Airtable: basics, database creation, sharing and collaboration, integration with Slack

  • ToDoist: organizing tasks, creating projects, sharing tasks, managing and prioritizing

  • Moqups: use of digital whiteboard in team brainstorming, team process design

  • Google Docs and Google Sheets: basics of team collaboration on documents and spreadsheets, creating a document as a team, drafting and correcting changes, commenting on a document, creating and processing tasks, sharing a document, document versions

  • ChatGPT: use in the creation and control of business correspondence

As part of the course, participants will gain practical experience with cloud applications that they can immediately start using in their work. At the same time, the course will provide a comprehensive overview of the possibilities of the digital office and current trends in the field of teamwork.

At each part of the course, participants will know how to work with a specific application and how to use it to improve their productivity. In addition, participants will be able to ask questions and discuss their ideas with other participants and course instructors.

After completing the course, participants will be able to use the digital tools used in modern offices to streamline their work, improve teamwork and increase performance.
